After seeing xtinxon create one of these, I wanted to make one myself~ Sorry if my butterfly drawing skills aren't the best, I only spent a short time drawing this (been busy with essays).
I don't usually draw things like this in support, but I felt I should cause it's a topic that is very important to me.
Challenges in mental health are becoming more prevalent in today's society. In Australia alone about 50% of citizens will experience a drastic shift in mental health at some point in their lives. I personally know a lot of friends who suffer from major depression or anxiety like I do, and I really hope they see this image. You're never alone, there's no shame in your condition, there will always be other people who suffer from the same things and have lived through similar experiences. There will always be people you can speak to or empathize with, and there will always be ways to improve.
bunnybasement is running a project to help people like us and to beat stigmatization within mental health. It's the reason I drew Tatty, the awareness butterfly, to offer some kind of support for this project.
